Silvia is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! She really took care of us before, during, and after our wedding. Planning a wedding is no joke!
We got married in September [2025] (St James Cathedral/Edmonds Yacht Club) and we hired Silvia as our Wedding (day-of) coordinator.! She’s very on top of communication. [She was] organized and down to earth when speaking with her. I felt like I was talking to a close friend vs DOC. She truly made us feel comfortable and well-taken care of. I was stressing out but she kept me on my toes, reminded me that this OUR day and that we got this!
She was right - Our wedding day came and it was wonderful (not biased at all lol). Silvia owned our vendors, setups, day of-comms, and more! It was so nice seeing her interact with my guests! It was extra special because she brought her sister as her assistant - I had [the] honor to have the sister duo to help me with my dream wedding! Mind you, I wasn’t an easy bride because I was very indecisive, new, and [had] no idea what I was doing but Silvia was patient, kind, and professional! So many thanks to her.
I recommend her 10/10! Don’t miss out!

Silvia was truly a pleasure to work with and made our wedding day go smoother than we thought possible.
From our first video call with her to our farewell at our reception Silvia was kind, professional, sincere, and truly a joy to work with. She handled vendor issues and anticipated problems and had solutions before they even happened. She made sure we ate, had what we needed, and oversaw the flow of the wedding with such class.
As a queer couple it was important to us to have someone affirming from the get go. She asked us our pronouns and what language we were using around the wedding (bride, groom, spouses etc). She made sure to ask about any familial sore spots that she should be aware of day of to help coordinate our day.
All around so thankful we hired her. It was such a stroke of luck that we happen to connect on a FB group and find someone so wonderful and helpful. Thank you again Silvia for everything.
