Meet Silvia.

     I was born in Mexico City and immigrated to the US at 9 months. I grew up in Southern California where the sun touches your teeth and your hair (Any Best Coast fans?). I've been in the wedding industry as a wedding planner for 8 years. Social By Silvia came about when as a planner, I saw couples often skipping video. In 2022, I started filming clips on my phone during wedding days, going home to edit, and would deliver a highlight video to my couples by the next day. The responses I got were overwhelmingly positive.

 

     I started gifting this service to as many of my couples as I could. In 2025, I finally made it official and I added my wedding planning services too. As a planner, my style is low-stress, relaxed, and thorough. As an immigrant, I understand how important inclusivity is, that's why I'm a proud LGBTQ+ ally. I want couples of all walks of life and backgrounds to be able to express their love for each other freely. I approach each couple with no judgement and empathy.  I truly want your wedding vision to come true. I currently reside in Edmonds, WA and serve all of the PNW including WA, OR, ID, CA and beyond.
